"I came here for a COVID test on 12/23/21 and received results on 12/25/21. After driving around the area for 3 hours the previous day, it was a relief to find a place I could test without an insanely long line. The staff and pharmacist are extremely nice and patient with questions, despite being busy. The pharmacist told us to message her on Google if we did not receive a result by the expected time and she would ensure we got it. I was pleasantly surprised by her commitment to make sure everyone had a good experience. The only concern I had was that initially they told us that we would receive results by the following evening (aka the 24th) which I was relying on to make it in time for a Christmas party on the 24th. However, I did not receive it by then and ended up using a home test kit. I understand this was a tough time though since the staff was probably off for Christmas eve. After frantically messaging the pharmacy on the 24th, the following day the pharmacist apologized and explained that some of the results failed to upload, and immediately got to work to get my result (on Christmas! Which I appreciated tbh). Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone, I just wish I had come during a non-holiday time."

"We did a self-swab COVID test - in and out after 20 min. They were busy! Only one staff member in but Dr Myylove worked so hard to get us our COVID test results. She emailed us at 1 am - just goes to show you how some of our essential healthcare workers work around the clock to ensure our health and safety. Thank you Obra Pharmacy!"

What stands out is her consistent performance. It is our responsibility to support independent startup businesses, and my experience with Obra pharmacy makes me believe in that vision even more - by not letting me down even once. I am tired of seeing how big chain corporations handle their employees and customers. The staff at those pharmacies don’t have time to eat, sit or use the bathroom for 12 hours, how are they supposed to care about their patients when they are treated like dogs day in and day out?! I gave Obra pharmacy a chance to prove themselves, and they have forever earned my heart."
