"Friendly staff. Called in an order and got same day delivery with fresh floral bouquet that lasted 2 weeks. 2nd time ordering and will be my go to for that area."
"Edit: Called and asked for a refund. Spoke with Donna. She was UNapologetic whatsoever and made excuses of how they were closed due to the holiday. As a customer, I should have been notified that the order could NOT be filled that day as I ordered over a week in advance. I do NOT recommend this place. Very disappointed with this flower shop. I ordered flowers over a week ago for delivery today only for the store to be closed. No notifications from them prior stating that they would be unable to deliver the flowers and nowhere on their website does it state they would be closed today. Will be requesting a full refund!"
"I tried to "share my experience" with both the florist and their partner FTD, before posting here, however, neither of their servers accepted my emails. I was disappointed when my flowers arrived for Mother's Day. They were disheveled in a cheap clear vase that still had a retail sticker on the bottom halfway peeling off. It was certainly NOT the arrangement in the RED "Love" vase that I was under the impression that I ordered by online photo or email confirmation. I could have gone to The Dollar Store and 7-11 to create a better flower gift for $50 LESS than I spent for this delivery....Signed, Angry and Sad (for my mother)."
"I received my flowers the day before Valentine's. The box they came in was soaking wet I almost dropped them on the floor. My husband ordered them through FTD. The water was dirty and there was something brown floating inside on the bottom of the vase. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When I talked to the manager I was told all I should have done was change the water. My husband said that wasn't the arrangement he ordered at all. Pictures are attached along with this post."
"Ordered flowers through FTD that were supposed to be full and lush and my friend got a TINY arrangement delivered to her. I've had several arrangements ordered from other places that were way better than this. I spent $90 for what? Highly disappointed in this flower shop. Do not recommend."
