"I’ve owned my Wrangler for a few years now and I finally made the decision that I wanted to have it lifted. I shopped around and did my research on what set up I wanted. When the time came to find where to have it installed I was lost. . So I went to the best place I knew to get recommendations, my jeep clubs Facebook page. Everyone was commenting and private messaging me to see Joe at Joes Jeep Jungle. So I listened, I mean when over 40 people are telling you to go see Joe you listen. Joes Jeep Jungle is located in Carroll County and I live in Bel Air MD but after speaking with Joe through private message on FB at like 930 at night, then on the phone with him the next morning and he suggested I come down and test drive one of his loaners that had the set up I was looking for. He wanted to be sure I liked it before I spend money on something I might not like. Right there was a green flag to me, most businesses don’t care about making sure the customer likes what they get before installing it, they just complete the job, take your money and forget all about you. Not Joe, so the mini me and I jumped in the Jeep and we went to see Joe and his guys. We test-drove the jeep for about a half an hour and I fell in love. I went back to the shop where Joe and I sat down and went over everything I was looking for. I wanted to stay under a certain amount of money and Joe was able to do that for me. He offered me tires and wheels that was taken off of a new Rubicon which saved me a lot of money. I placed me 20% down and was dropping her off on labor day. Now I was in a rush to have my lift done because I wanted it ready for my clubs trip to Rausch Creek Off Road Park, the upcoming Saturday, so a loaner jeep was not available for me but that was the choice I made because I wanted it done ASAP. Really guys and gals how many shops will give you a loaner vehicle while yours is in the shop? Thursday early afternoon Joe called said Gemma (my jeep) was ready and sent me pictures. She looked perfect. Naturally I couldn’t wait to go get her. Joe is an outstanding business owner and person. While working on the jeep he noticed my rear brakes were bad to the point they were unsafe. He and his guys put new breaks on and some other minor things they felt needed attention right away. When it came time to pay there was no sticker shock. Now if you remember I said I did my research and even with the extra work that was completed I still wasn’t paying as much as a local dealership that is know for jeep modifications quoted me. I couldn’t wait to get me keys back, take the top off and go for a drive. But I wasn’t just given my keys and told to have a nice day, Nope Joe came outside with me and went over everything on the jeep and what I needed to know when I would take her off road, what psi I should be at on the street, how to work my quick disconnects and more. Joes Jeep Jungle stands by their work and I will be going back for me 1000 mile check up and I was told if I have any questions or concerns to call, text or message anytime. I couldn’t be any happier with my jeep. I don’t just like it, I LOVE IT!!! Saturdays trip to the off road park was amazing. I have been there with my jeep stock and while I did okay this time I was able to have so much more control of me jeep, I wasn’t killing my skid plates or my anxiety. TI made the decision to go with the lift t and to see Joe. I highly recommend if you need any kind of modifications done to your Jeep, you have to go see Joe and his guys at Joe’s jeep jungle!!! You will not be sorry."
