Dating back to the institution's founding in the 1920s, Salisbury University has a deep appreciation for trees, as evidenced by the planting of Holloway Hall's iconic Linden trees on its first Arbor Day. With over 3000 trees and a wide variety of woody and herbaceous plant species, the arboretum's carefully designed garden spaces, themed gardens, and landscape settings span across the 200-acre campus.
