"Catons plumbing came out to assist with a flooding issue I was experiencing. They do great work overall and the problem appears to be resolved but customer service and interaction is very important to me. Reginald was incredibly rude, condescending, and inconsiderate. He asked me a question and when I misunderstood what he was asking he dismissed me by saying “Ok” in a rude tone. He answered every question that I asked with an attitude and looked at me like what I was asking was stupid. He went in my kitchen when I had to step out of the Apt and got dirty fingerprints all over my paper towel roll. When I returned he asked me for another paper towel and I just gave him the entire roll. When the work was done he tried to give the dirty roll of towels back to me…like what? I told him to keep it. He was being rude until Tim showed up. Tim was awesome! He introduced himself to me and explained that even though I’m a tenant it’s important for me to know what’s going on too. He explained what was going on and the steps he was going to take next. He even gave me the run down of the disposition before conferring with maintenance, which he didn’t have to do but I really appreciated it! When Tim arrived Reginald began to engage with me and ask me questions. Reginald asked me to unplug the extension cord he was using and then proceeded to drag the cord across my foot and then apologize after the fact. I was pissed. I’m grateful that Tim came to the site because he was super helpful."
