"Noticed today the forward RH underside splash guard of my Murano hanging down, bent back from where it caught while backing up, and the fasteners missing. Googled a YouTube video and imagine my surprise to find that this is removed during an oil change and your establishment has been the only ones to conduct the last several oil changes. Translation.....you broke the fasteners and let it go out the door like that. UPDATE: I called them up, explained what happened and they told me to stop by. They repaired the mistake without any hassle. Thank You"
"After my daughter went there for an oil change where receipt claimed that they check tire pressure 2 out of 4 very low, no where near 35psi. That in itself not a big deal but really makes me question the quality of their work. Not sure if we’re going to trust them with our vehicles going forward."

"This place is terrible. My mother came here because her AC was not working correctly. When the lady came to us, she started to do a engine check. She took some part off and then she told us to get a another part that they didn't have. We left there and went to get the part. Came back and then the engine started to overheat. We told one of the employees and he took a look. Then they said they couldn't do anything about the problem. Then we couldn't even drive the car and had to get it towed. They did something to the car and they will pay."
