"Very disappointed and no communication! My family member was sent to this location on 12/19 for a CT exam and went into cardiac arrest. NO ONE has reached out to our family to explain anything to us as to what occurred. An email was sent to the supervisor of Radiology and there has been NO response. We have allowed time to go by for investigative purposes but this is ridiculous!!! We as a family have the right to know what happened to him . Our experience with Kaiser has been truly a nightmare."
