"Sam was incredibly fast! After our washer and dryer was delivered, the installers failed to install it due to a lack of grounding. Sam was out in a couple hours. He did the ground, installed everything and was wrapped up before the sun went down! I’m incredibly pleased with the service from Prime, as well as the very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!!"
