"It's a CVS, so you know what to expect, mostly. But at this location there is no air conditioning, ever. At least not the ten or so times that I've stopped in over the last two years. We have had an unusually cool and mild June (so far). Nights have been in the mid-50s, days mid 70-s with low humidity. Before 11AM and it's 80-degrees and humid (feeling) in this CVS location, while 68-degrees and dry out."
"I recently called your pharmacy, and unfortunately, I was on hold for an hour before I was able to speak with someone. While I understand that call volume and walk-in can be high at times, waiting for an hour is unacceptable. I hope that the company can improve their pharmacy response times in the future. Will not use this store ever again."
