"Wr stayed there for a little over a year prior to us moving to Delaware. We had a very good time there. The front office Ladies Audrey and Jacquie were fantastic. I would recommend this complex to our friends and family. Thanks again Audrey and Jacquie, you made it fun living there."

"Fulfilling maintenance requests is almost unheard of. The smell of mold in the apartment was unbearable. They nickel and dime you on your monthly bill, so what you finally owe at the end of the month is much higher…e.g., water, trash etc. we finally moved out ( thank God) and left the place spotless and without any damage. It’s been almost 70 days and they won’t return my security deposit or even explain why they have withheld it. Tip: Rent Elsewhere."

"The management has definitely improved a lot since we lived here in 2022! We moved away for a year and then moved back this year into a 3-bedroom. One of the most significant differences I’ve noticed already is that management is immediately responsive to any maintenance requests we submit via email. Before, nothing was ever replaced or fixed and our requests would go unanswered. This is a HUGE improvement! Also, the pool and tennis court have been updated and it seems that they’re attempting to make more updates. I will say that the office staff have always been very friendly to our family. One area for improvement would be to add air conditioning to the halls… it’s uncomfortably hot in the halls but I realize that’s a larger project."

"Beautiful apartments. I was most impressed with the employees, in particular Jacquie. She gave me a tour of the grounds and answered every single question (and I had a LOT of questions!) She was welcoming and kind -very personable and knowledgeable about Ridgeview. Keeping these apartments in mind as I search for my next home!"

"I have been living at Ridgeview Apartments now for four years and in the first year, everything was good after that everything went to hell my bathroom has mold and mildew because they refused to replace the fan and fix the bathroom properly I have water damage on my ceiling in my laundry room from a leak. My carpet needs to be replaced because it was not installed properly and is now damaged. There’s cracks all around my windows and when it’s cold outside cold air comes in and when it’s hot outside, cold air gets out from my AC. So because of that, I get a higher energy bill. And all my screens have holes in them so I cannot open my windows and get fresh air in without having insects coming in my apartment and I have always payed my rent on time and in full I have took pictures of all the damage and all the repairs that need to be done and email them to the property manager and nothing is being done. I have even got the housing department involved so hopefully they will push the issue."
