"Read the reviews and trust them. I read reviews and chalked them up as "well, maybe they just weren't educated on how insurance works. or maybe they didn't fill out their prescriptions correctly". I gave them the benefit of the doubt but wish I didn't. I made an appointment and upon going, I was immediately charged $100 at the door BEFORE getting care. They said it was because of my "insurance". ok....I go to the back and am seen by the NP. She was really nice. No issues there. I leave after agreeing a prescription for me would be ordered. A week goes by and nothing...I called the office 3 different times to get them to fill it and they did nothing. After waiting about a month, I decided to take myself to a new practice and scratch this as a loss. As for the $100, I got my Explanation of Benefits in the mail which said I should have owed $0.... Scammed. Stay away."

"I did lots of research before scheduling my initial appointment. The receptionist Katie was super helpful answering all of the questions I had understanding I found them online and wanted to ensure I was making the right decision. She was very patient and super nice; I couldn’t wait until my appointment as I do reviews on everything I didn’t tell her who I was as I wanted to ensure her phone personality matched her in person. And to my surprise it did Katie is a very nice receptionist. And did I mention how amazing Dr Okasi is very caring and she takes the extra steps needed to ensure comfortability of her patients. The office decor is very nice as well so all around I’m glad I chose to become a patient."

"Office staff and doctor are extremely nice. However, I was referred for consultation to a place where what I was referred for, was not actually provided there. Never received any clarifying info from the office on that. Also, they ordered an IUD for me when I did not actually need it or plan to have one at this time. Although everyone is very nice and polite, the standard of care is concerning."

"RUN! RUN! RUN! Far away from this practice. I have seen first hand how rude the staff is. Especially Edna. My sister had testing done and she desperately needed answers, instead of them helping and reviewing her results, they cancelled her appointment and then tried charging her a cancellation fee. They also refused to send test results to the new doctor's office she went to and when asked if they were sent, lied about sending them. This process went on for over 2 weeks. I was on the call to try and assist my sister with getting her test results, and Edna hung up when asked for the confirmation of the fax being sent. This practice is money hungry. The insurance company even explained the co-pay should be $20 and they are charging $40. This is a terrible practice, they should have never withheld test results like they did. All of these 4 and 5 star reviews appear to be coerced a few weeks ago they had only 2 stars on google. I would not recommend ZERO Stars in my opinion."
