"The doctors at the Annapolis location are very nice and very helpful. The customer service line is terrible. I called and asked for a doctors note for my son to go to daycare. I could not understand the lady on the phone and I said it multiple times. She eventually put a letter in the portal saying he was “excused” which is not what I asked. I wanted a letter saying he can go back. I called again and the man on the phone never sent the new letter. Horrible"
"Friendly and efficient. They use a lot of hands-on technology, from registration paperwork, to patient portal. We took our toddler and infant as walk-ins to be seen on a Thursday afternoon. Fortunately the clinic was not busy. Shortly after completing the registration paperwork on my phone, the two kiddos were taken to be seen by the nurse and doctor. Like other pediatrician providers, the staff are friendly. The doctor we saw was efficient. Would come back for other health care needs for my kiddos."
"We've been here more than once across the family, and each time the staff and providers are super friendly, patient, and thorough in their evaluation and explanation. They can take x-rays onsite and send out images to a radiologist for confirmation of their diagnosis. We've never waited more than 10 minutes to be taken back, always leaving within an hour overall. It helps to call ahead, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome. We were told the first available appointment wasn't for 2hrs when I called, but they encouraged me to simply come in. There was nobody else in the waiting room when we arrived 30min later and we were seen right away. I will always go out of my way to seek urgent care here for my children versus visiting other general urgent care facilities."
