"I’m a new patient and this was my first visit. It was a fantastic experience… Office staff are professional and very friendly. They knew insurance procedures and explained appropriate procedures. The office is clean and pleasant. The Dentist was friendly, and very patiently explained what problems I am having and several alternatives I can choose to correct them. He even made sure his staff checked to make sure certain procedures were covered… Fantastic experience! I was even provided with an estimate of my out of pocket expense before my next visit, valuable information since I’m on a fixed income. I’ve been a patient for several years now and the care and attention is always the same. Dr Tran is gentle and attentive. His staff is professional, friendly and accommodating.
