"Worst transportation company I have ever dealt with. They were suppose to pick up a outdoor heater from Costco last Tuesday between 2-6 PM and they didn't show up or call saying they're not able to make it. Called next day and the lady apologized and said they will sent someone to my house between 2-6 PM that day. Got a call from driver around 2:30 PM stating his truck has broken down on I68 and they will try to make it next day on Thursday. The driver finally showed up @ my house around 2:30 PM on Thursday 06/01/2023 and picked-up the item. After I signed the paper works the truck wouldn't start and it took about five minutes before he finally got the truck started. On his way out he had to drive back & forth and he damaged the pavement & spilled oil on my drive way."

"I have worked with Turner Transportation for over a year now, creeping up to two years here soon and have loved every minute of working with these people. Missy and Ashley in the front office are an amazing team and have done such a great job with handling our freight. Since Ashley has stepped up into dispatching we have continued to see growth between our two companies and I love the working relationship I have with her and Missy. "Called on a Monday. Spoke with Betty. My generator had been handed off to Turner by Pilot Air Freight BWI/Hanover,MD. It was all done through Walmart. Betty asked if it could be delivered on Thursday due to other deliveries out our direction. So as it was scheduled it happened Thursday morning. 2 men in a 26’ box truck. Pulled around to our back 40 driveway. Set it off at my back door to bring in the house. A perfect delivery for me. I hope your delivery with Turner Transportation out of Hagerstown MD is just as perfect as mine was. A #1 professional freight delivery team here."

"My scheduled delivery date was missed. The 'dispatcher' was very unprofessional not only in demeanor but also harsh and unsympathetic. Instead of my MISSED delivery being prioritized on the following day, the shipment was AGAIN MISSED (the 'dispatcher' said "the trucks have already left" and the next date available would be on Monday! (3 days later!). The dispatcher lied about the details regarding their pickup (the Pilot Shipping department told me they had picked up my shipment the day before it was to be delivered, but the 'dispatcher' said it was the following day, and that was the reason the delivery was missed). To top this all off, the warehouse is only ~30 miles from my home, but for some reason the trucks are all too far away and their schedule is so messed up they cannot correctly prioritize a missed shipment and correct it."
