"Completely disgusting of this company to laugh at a mentally ill patient for explaining they have been without their NEEDED medication and are spiraling into an episode + need help. These employees have no concern or care for the patients here."

"If I could I probably would give this place a zero because of how money hunger this place is, they take your money and spend it on themselves like for instance all you have to do is look at the type of vehicles that they are driving. This place plays favorites for their consumers, they let other consumers get away with more than they do others. They do not treat you like a human being, this place treats you like the illness that you have. And they treat you like a little child. Take this from a person that has been in the program for over twenty years..."

"Horrible. This is by far the worst experience I’ve have had with a mental health professional. The therapist I had was lovely, however the appointment I had with the female psychiatrist after was BEYOND unprofessional. The appointment lasted 2 minutes , summed up she instantly profiled me (who was only 18 at the time) as a drug addict for wearing dark clothes and having dyed hair and told me she would not help me and I should NEVER go else where for treatment after this. I was then told because the appointment was no joke 2 minute I didn’t owe anything by the front desk. She later tried to bill me HUNDREDS of dollars for an extremely brief and extremely unprofessional appointment where she simply degraded me. It’s been a few years now, I ended up going else where after and received treatment. After getting medicated for my mental health my quality of life has improved drastically ( funny enough I did actually need help and am still not addicted to drugs!). I will never return here nor recommend anyone treatment here. I now understand why their waitlist was the shortest when I was looking around for treatment."

"I'm sorry to have to leave a bad review, but I am beyond frustrated. My appointment was canceled with no warning. I was only left with a voicemail after the fact and told to come in to update my treatment plan. Well I've called. Several times in fact over the past weekend I have not talked to an actual person once. I stopped by the office on my lunchbreak and they of course weren't there. I know because of the pandemic they're probably short staffed but this is unacceptable."
