"Update: we were assigned a new therapist after sharing this review. We had a much better experience and was asked to update our review to reflect that. The worst experience I’ve ever had with therapy. The therapist we were assigned always had an unpleasant attitude. It was as if we were bothering her or as if she wasn’t in the mood to speak with us. At times our sessions were interrupted by her personal matters in the background. The last straw for us was when she asked my husband for his name in our third session. How are you helping someone when you don’t even know their name. Why isn’t our names at the top of whatever file you have on us, or I’m assuming there was no file. It was just a very unprofessional experience"
