"I wouldn't know how the service is cause they take literally months just gather insurance information and that's what they told me, my son is suffering and the woman I spoke to whose name I can't remember was mean and nasty! I'm finding my son somewhere else to go, I been trying to get my son in for 6 months, first they told me he was on the wait list then they said ok a opening is available at a different location not close to your home, I said fine I don't mind the drive my son just need help, then the lady lied right to my face said she told me he was denied through insurance and had to reapply, which never happened!!!! When I hung up that phone I was in tears and cursing! I will never use their services a waisted 6 months! I really wanted my son to go there cause it seem like the right fit but it's not, not if they are gonna play with us like this. They seem to be already getting paid through insurance and not providing the service to my son, literally have us just waiting and waiting for no reason at all! They don't respond to text either, good luck to whomever chooses this place. Don't trust this place with your babies"
