"Every doctor leaves within six months and then you get set up with a new one who then also leaves. I’ve seen three different providers in less than a year and none of them made sure my prescriptions were filled before they left. I really recommend going somewhere else if you want consistent medical care. Being unable to get your psychiatric medication on time can cause major mental health issues which I had to go through because they can’t retain staff. It was painful and unnecessary but Bloom did nothing to help."

"If I could give 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough good things about two employees at this practice at the Annapolis location! Both my psychiatrist Mr. Perrin and Unique have changed my life for the better and have helped me through the hardest time of my life. I have been a patient of Mr. Perrin’s for almost a year in December and he is amazing! He listens, he gives his expert advice, and really gets to know you as a person. He doesn’t just say here are some meds, it should help. No, he is not that type of psychiatrist at all. I highly recommend Mr. Perrin if you’re in need of a new psychiatrist. He definitely is not one to lose at this practice. Now Unique, she is always so friendly on the phone. Her and I have gotten to the point of her knowing me when I call and say who I am. She always makes sure that I am taken care of and always ends our phone call with “please reach out if you ever need anything”. I cannot explain how heart warming both of these amazing people are. One other thing about this practice, when I call and need to make an appointment that is before my scheduled one for whatever I may be going through, Unique always makes sure to tell me first available and I have ALWAYS been able to get a same day appointment with Mr. Perrin! I trust both of these heartfelt people and won’t ever go to another practice as long as Mr. Perrin is here. From the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank Mr. Perrin enough with helping me get through the horrible traumatic accident I went through last year. This all goes to show that there are great physicians in this world that show how much they care about their patients."

From my initial conversation with Unique, to my visits with Dr. Smith and my talk therapist Kalena Blackman, and my first appointment with my new psychiatrist Dr. IIoka, I have received nothing but help, guidance, and much-needed therapy. "Update: Blooms health reached out to me and were able to rectify and regain my trust. My current provider Brittany Buchholz is Awesome!!! She is very knowledgeable and really cares!!! It’s night and day from my initial experience. Thank you so much for listening and making the necessary changes!! I had a very uncomfortable experience here. Dr. Somya Abubucker is not the friendliest and needs to take some training on empathy and patient care. I have a very busy schedule and was excited to finally be able to see a Physiatrist, I took the first available appointment. I set aside an hour during my lunch break to have this telehealth appointment. I was describing my symptoms to her and in a very condescending tone, she replied “slow down your talking to fast.” The connection wasn’t great because of the area I was in and that also seem to cause her frustration, at one point she said “ ok this is ridiculous”. Since the connection was horrible she called me instead; by that point my hour was up and I received a call from my job. I excused myself and asked her would she be ok if I picked up this call, she replied ok. Phone call took less then a minute. I jumped back on and connection was still awful. At some point towards the end the call dropped and she didn’t call back. A few minutes later the office manager called me and scheduled one week follow up per her request. The one week visit came up and she cancelled it and it was rescheduled not once but twice, fast forward to yesterday my appointment was at 11:30 am, I missed it; I thought it was at 2 pm. I called the office and they said they would schedule me in for a 4:10 pm slot that is available and that someone from the office will call me back and make sure that it would work for the Dr. No one called!! I call the office at 4:00pm and informed them that I had an appointment at 4:10 pm, and had not received a link to sign on, the person I spoke to sends me the link, I then sign on and the Dr. Never logs on. I call the office again asking if the doctor was going to log on and then I was informed that Dr. did not want to continue to see me and that, that was noted in my chart since the first appointment and should have been communicated to me.I asked her what was the reason and she said that the doctor thought that I would be better suited with a different provider and that I was taking care of work matters while on the call and that I hung up and that, that was the reason she didn’t want to see me again. The office manager said she would set me up with a different provider and was just waiting on the transfer and that she would call me today, never received a call. This doctor didn’t know what mental state I could have been in. What if I had depression or was a bipolar patient or had any other serious mental condition, this treatment could have definitely set someone off. There were so many different ways this could have been handled. I have never been treated this way by any doctor. I feel disrespected and honestly by the way the staff was reacting it seems like this hasn’t been the first time."
