"I don’t know this has been our local pharmacy since we built this house here. They do a tremendous job of helping. I truly enjoy coming in and hearing Miss Laura greet me. She is a fixture in our community and is very important to the vibe of this store, I compare every other Walgreens to the store and I feel that my home Walgreens has everything I need if I’m looking for some quick breakfast items they have everything available. I go here before my shoots and get batteries and of course all of your normal personal care items they have available in abundance. I really enjoyed it. I’m happy that it’s here."

"The pharmacist here was so helpful! My usual pharmacy is Wegmans but they aren’t dispensing the medication I needed. I called this Walgreens, the pharmacist confirmed they dispense it and have it, they had the prescription transferred, retrieved my insurance info, and filled the prescription within an hour. Exceptional customer service!"

"I accidentally left my phone at Walgreens on York and Warren. I am trying to get my husband to call them to let them know. The app online shows that it is still there. Just trying to let them know someone will be there to pick it up before they close."

"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I usually have very few issues with this location. However, I recently had major surgery and require several medications that help with the pain and need to be refilled at least once a week. Without these prescriptions, I am in extreme pain. Walgreens has either "lost" or "never received" refill orders for several of these prescriptions, despite their app showing the refills being processed. The only way that process was even started was because my doctor sent the orders. Instead of contacting me or my doctor because an issue arose, they just canceled the orders. When I contacted the pharmacy on these occasions, they claimed that the system didn't show any record of a refill being ordered. Unfortunately, I am unable to switch pharmacies right now due to physical limitations caused by my surgery, but as soon as I am well enough, I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy."

"This is THE WORST “PHARMACY” on Earth. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME trying to get this place and these people to do their jobs. You cannot get them to refill prescriptions. You cannot get through on the phone. When you call, the PHONE HANGS UP. This has gone on for years. The DRIVE UP WINDOW IS NEVER OPEN. The MANAGER IS NEVER THERE. CORPORATE OFFICE CANNOT BE REACHED AND DOESNT CALL BACK. They have a person sit at the window who tells you that you can’t pick up prescriptions at the window where she is sitting. That’s her whole job. So the line inside is even longer because you have to drive here and walk inside and wait in line to hand them written prescriptions from your doctor because for some reason they cannot auto refill. The line would be a tiny bit shorter if they’d use the window-sitter at the inside window but they’re not smart enough to figure that out. USE RITE AID if you’re near one or USE LYKOS PHARMACY IN TIMONIUM. Those are businesses that are competent with great customer service. I hope Walgreen’s goes out of business soon and that any other pharmacy fills that spot."
