"Do NOT and I mean absolutely do not, come without an appointment. This place is not equipped to even function with extra people coming in. They will let you sit for hours without saying anything to you. ALWAYS set an appointment. Even if the doctor has downtime they will not squeeze you in and the next person that has an appointment will have priority over you. The only reason I gave them three stars is because of the children side. That’s the only redeeming factor for this place. The doctor sees you faster on the children side especially if the doctor is your child’s regular pediatrician. (Talking about Dr.Bird specifically) she remembers your child conditions and won’t waste your time and she does listen and will make sure your child gets their individual needs met."

"I been coming here for years without any problems until this week! I was given an appointment for a day that they wasn’t opened and then I had an appointment for today 9/10/21@ 10. Upon arrival for my appointment I was told that it isn’t in the system for today but for the 17th! I told her the appointment card I have says today! Well I work in the medical field and know that it doesn’t take from 8:30 to 10:43 to try and be seen! And I’m still waiting after being told at 9:30 I only had one person ahead of me! Still waiting to get my 2nd dose of the COVID-19 shot"
