"It's a wonderful program for those who are suffering from substance abuse and/or mental health issues. The staffs are very knowledgeable and understanding when dealing with individual on a case load. A lot of resources can be obtained through the program to help you change your life for the better. Shelter housing is available as well so that the client can focus on improving self. The road to recovery only works if you accept that your life has become unmanageable and be honest with yourself, so coming here is a stepping stone to a better future. Some may complain about how bad this program is which isn't true, maybe it's because they really haven't started working on themselves, or changed the way they think along with their attitude. I been coming to this program for almost two years, and it has helped me to have a positive outlook on myself and life. Been to other programs in Baltimore, none of them comes close to how good this program is, that's a fact."
"It is unfortunate that a few members in the community would take exception to TREATMENT. Behavioral Health Clinic does not prescribe methadone. Instead, we provide comprehensive treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. We welcome tours for individuals who are unsure of what the program offers. Our housing component is a resource that actually removes individuals in the community who are suffering from homelessness and gives them a safe place to rest and recover from their challenges."
"I would give zero stars if I could. The last thing we need to place a methadone clinic next to a high traffic drug area...it's like putting a Weight Watchers inside of a McDonald's. It is very disappointing considering the neighborhood residents were given no advanced notice and no chance to learn more or voice their opposition."
