"The people are great but man don’t buy pork here one day last week I get bacon that made me sick. Noticed later that it stunk didn’t catch that at first Then today I get pork shoulder steaks that stink like hell it’s just not worth taking it back, but I certainly won’t buy again at least not the meat."

"Would bump my rating up to a 4 if the place didn't absolutely *reek.* Stock is good, especially given how remote the area is. But the meat counter has an overpowering stink of rotting fish, which hits like a wall immediately upon entering the store and has gotten progressively worse over the last couple years. Unless I'm in a pinch for something right away, I typically drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Harris Teeter instead. Shame to waste the gas, but the stink is both deeply unpleasant and makes me worry about the cleanliness and food safety at this location."
