"I’m happy to give Scott Spedden a glowing review because I just shared his information with someone recently who was struggling with her insurance company and told her she needed to call Scott and switch to Farmers. I shared with her that at the end of 2021 my car got sideswiped and I had to veer my car off the road to avoid major damage (luckily there was a grassy median I could slide into). But even though I was fine physically, the shock of someone changing lanes into mine when my car was right next to there’s was overwhelming. I immediately called Scott and he told me to call the national number and I did. However, he continued to text with me as I waited for the police, etc. Knowing he was only a text away was so very comforting. Scott really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to provide them support! I will also give props to Farmers Insurance for the way they handled the accident. The Farmers Insurance adjuster followed up with me on a weekly basis to ensure that my needs were being addressed. She even asked me more than once whether or not I needed to see a doctor, even though I claimed that I was totally fine. I was very pleasantly surprised how much the insurance adjuster expressed concern for my well-being, and how often she followed up with me. Even though mostly I had to deal with the other driver’s insurance company, I was happy to know that Farmers Insurance had my back, and that they would intercede on my behalf if I needed assistance. This experience was like none other I had ever had before. Previously dealing with other insurance companies was always incredibly stressful and I felt like I always got the short end of the stick. Farmers insurance service has far exceeded my expectations and I am happy to be their client.."
