"I have been going to Suns nursery since 2017 and the level of customer service I receive is fantastic. All of the staff that work their know their plants! The quality of the plants are phenomenal especially for someone who at the start, did not have a green thumb and their return policy is fair. Their plant selection is wide! I feel like the best time to go is at the middle of spring - late summer because that’s when they have the most plants out. I highly recommend this place."
"Negative customer service experience, not family friendly I have been coming to this nursery for several years. Typically the staff is courteous and helpful. Today I had a highly negative staff experience while picking out Christmas tree with my toddler where staff was pushy and making passive aggressive comments while my attention was on the supervision of my toddler. Given many options I am going to other businesses in the future."
"What a great nursery and garden center located on Howard County. This place has everything you need to create a wonderful Eden or just landscape your yard. The prices are extremely fair, and the selection is awesome. Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly."
"I had a doctors appointment in Eldersburg and figured I’d look for a fun plant nursery as a reward for making the long trip out to that area. Boy oh boy is this place a GEMMMMM. I will 100% be back. Amazing selection of houseplants, really kind staff, and super super reasonable prices. I got two philodendrons: prince of orange and brasil. The POO (lol) has been on my list for a while and I was thrilled to get healthy 4in pots of both plants for $22. I can’t wait to go back!!"
