"I am so dissatisfied with your service that I am researching other Infinity service departments. First the minor things. You forgot to reset the maintenance alert that pops up reminding you for an oil change. You told my wife that the oil change and tire rotation would take 1.5 hours and it took more than 2.5 hrs and no one came to notify her in the waiting room. She had to keep going up to ask why it was taking so long. Next, I get a list of recommend or required service that needs to be done. Two of the recommendations do NOT match my cars manual for the mileage at which they are to be done. The air filter is scheduled to be replaced at 60k (not 50k) miles and the coolant isn't scheduled to be replaced until 108,000 miles. So either your technicians are incompetent or it's malfeasance, trying to get me to pay for service that isn't required for 10s if thousands of miles. This also brings me to the two remaining items, replacing the transfer case fluid and the sway bars. How can I have any confidence that your service department technician is competent considering the above issues. Needless-to-say, I am very unhappy with the service I received."
"Last time I went in for a headlight..... Mind you I jus had moved to the area but I've been going to the infiniti dealership in my home state for the past 4 years... And I recently had some repairs done prior to moving... And when I took it to this dealership they suggested that I get work done that had jus been completed 6 months prior.... So I'm confused as to how many of their customers they have lied to..... I don't even know if I can trust them to do my oil change at this point"
