"Absolute scam, charged the insurance carrier $300 for establishing a new physician (out of pocket ~$120 which should have been covered 100% by my medical insurance. ). Doctor saw me for 10 minutes and that's it. All I needed was a prescription for blood work - save yourself the trouble and pay for blood work with LabCorp directly"

"I cannot recommend this practice. The doctors always seem to be doing something else even when I was the only patient in the office. The facility is kind of gross and old. There should be no excuse for this. The doctors are all older and if you are young you may need to find a replacement primary care physician faster than you think. They frequently do not answer the phone and you cannot communicate over email on the portal despite the fact it says you can. It failed the previous times I had as it is configured incorrectly. You also have to know where the portal is as no link is on the main website. They do have a linked payment link on the portal but it does not work. The doctor I had does not link visits properly and you cannot view the medical notes as she doesn't explain anything in the appointment. That is provided for free by Allscripts with there payment for the service and should be on there as you have no idea if you need a referral or anything. The practice seems to be dying relic of the past and unless someone new comes in fixes things. This practice may not be here next year."

"I have had the absolutely best primary care physician for over 20 years with Dr.Lee than I’ve had in my over 60 years. He is the most thorough, listens, remembers my few issues each annual visit even without looking at my file, is excellent at diagnosis and has a great bedside manner. I have several chronic conditions so I’m not an easy body to maintain and thrive. I’ve never had any billing or front office issues, and in fact quite the opposite as they have consistently been helpful, personable and they’ve always gotten me in when needed. No problems ever with prescriptions and I can get records when needed. Oh, and also Dr. Lee is the fastest at calling you with lab results! I love this practice and recommend it to anyone who wants a comprehensive practice and especially a great Dr. Lee."
