"I saw Paula Grace for an appointment on 3/14/18 at the Frederick Kaiser location regarding my mental health. I confided in her and she disregarded what I was telling her and insisted that I had "psychology student syndrome". I protested with her that I had been feeling bad for a long before I entered the psych field. At that point she told me to tell her my life story and then quickly concluded that I had adjustment disorder; then told me to play in some "soil" because it had vitamins in it that could be beneficial. It was bad enough that she dismissed my feelings at first, but it was neglectful and dangerous for her to give me a diagnosis after one 45min visit. Her services that day were horrible and turned me off from seeking professional help again for a while. Her inadequate dismissive services resulted in me continuing to suffer through my mental illness without treatment because she was neglectful and rude. I should have reported her to the Maryland licensing board for how she treated me that day because she clearly violated some ACA ethics codes. I hope she doesn't treat all her clients with the same ignorance and arrogance that she portrayed during our session."
