"3 stars is a generous give. I did research before using this tax service. I signed up for the drop off service, but the tax preparer had time and offered us the 1 hour appt. The appt. took 2 hours! Make sure you double check your return. When our preparer finished our return, I noticed that our return referenced an incorrect address. This required extra time. At the end of our visit the total service for Federal and state return cost 441.00! This service is supposed to be cheaper than most. We were first time clients therefore allowing us to qualify for a 50% discount. So a CPA would have been cheaper in the long run. Buyer beware and be leary of the estimate they give."

"The atmosphere was very busy, people shopping and going about their daily lives Inside the Walmart Store. Jackson Hewitt’s cubicle was somewhat secluded and comfortable. My Tax preparer who also had a beautiful accent (Christiane) was very kind and knowledgeable in doing my taxes, and the wait wasn’t long at all. She answered all of my necessary questions and concerns and I was very satisfied with the ending results and will gladly recommend her services."
