"I needed this service for my son, I also needed to come here and give these 5 stars for the service given by Mrs. Diana who was so good with my son's vaccinations, she was so efficient and solved my problem so quickly, before even seeing me in person she was extremely helpful on the phone. "I came here with my mother so that she could do some lab testing. We were told that she would get her results in about a week or so. We started to worry as the week went by and we still have not received an update. My mom would call in every week, worried sick that something might have went wrong, and every week her nurse would tell her that they would check up on it and call back. They never called back. After a few weeks, we decided to call a different nurse to ask for updates on her labs. We were told that the results were made available a few weeks prior. The failure of the nurse to simply call back and update my mom on her lab results placed a great strain of stress and anxiety, for which I cannot forgive. I came here again to get my blood drawn and left with purple bruises on both of my arms. I was told that I don't need any more appointments and that they would call me about the results. A day later, they called and told me that I needed to come back in again because they apparently used the wrong material to collect my samples. This was such an inconvenience. I came back the second time, hoping they would get it right this time. I'm no expert at drawing blood, but I do know that I shouldn't be bleeding this much just for collecting samples. I'm usually not afraid of needles and getting my blood drawn as my past experiences were smooth sailing, but after my second visit, I walked out of that clinic with a new found fear. Overall, staff are friendly, but their employees need more training."

"Room 24 is where you get your STD testing. But really did not have a pleasant experience here. It felt like Everyone that worked here did not know what they were doing. This place needs to be checked by a case worker or someone that can replace some of these workers sad to say. Today there were only about 7 people being tested. How I know because there were only 7 done paperwork in the finish Tray. Unbelievable and someone walked in for a test and had got refused SMFH!! Also they did not give me paperwork for the work done on me but told me when the results come in I can get paperwork."

"I admitted myself to DAHC in 2020 and was introduced to Mr.Melvin Cauthen. At that time I was homeless and unemployed also depressed. Mr.Cauthen informed me due to my health and current status that if I found a place to live he would enter me into programs to assist with rent,furniture,cable etc. After I started searching long and hard for employment while still homeless and became employed March 2020.The next task was to find a apartment. I found a apartment after 4mos. and moved in July 2020. After accomplishing both goals I returned to Mr.Cauthen with proof (check stubs and lease agreement).Mr.Cauthen then sang an entirely different tune stating that I had more things to do to get assistance and there was a time constraint. This was never told to me in the beginning and after speaking to friends and family what would happen after accomplishments then devastated not receiving any assistance. In a nutshell Mr.Cauthen can't be trusted. I could have accepted this and went on my way however I witnessed Mr.Cauthen laughing which made me feel like a gullible person. He is now directing the Client Services section and has hired someone in his previous position whom worst than him. Since he has been promoted the section has lost some good staff and morale has declined. If here ask questions and get second opinions on everything you're told through 311."

"They clearly hire people who have no customer service experience or skills of any kind. They offer walk in vax for some people while turning others away. I’ll go elsewhere. Hope my tax dollars are not paying these people a premium for rudeness. I mean is it really that much of an inconvenience to look up from Facebook on your cell phone to answer questions?"
