"I’ve lived here for all my life (18 years). This apartment complex makes you feel like family. If you have a problem, the maintenance men is at your door the next day. The owner is very friendly and so is the rest of the people they live in the complex. Everyone keeps this complex very clean, inside and out. I have never had a problem here what so ever. This is such a great and safe apartment complex to live in, pretty quiet and since you need a key or be buzzed in to get into the building, you’ll feel very secure. You know that strangers can’t just walk into the building. I have some specific things that may or may not help your decision in staying here: 1) If you have/want pets, this is not the place for you because they do not allow pets. They do however allow caged pets such as fish or turtles. 2) There aren’t many things in the complex for kids besides a pool. However, there are plenty of playgrounds around the area. (4 within walking distance). 3) Since this is a smaller, more private complex, they do not have a fitness center, playground, or large pool. But in this area, there is a YouFit Health Clubs right across the street (2 minute walk) and there are plenty of playgrounds in the area. 4) This complex provides up to 2 Bedrooms so if you have a big family, it would quite tight. But there is plenty of storage space 5) In the apartment, they have dual washer and dryer so you do not have to worry about laundry rooms which is a big plus. 6) The bedrooms are pretty spacious and there is a bathroom and a walk-in closet in the master. 7) There are 1 1/2 baths. (Full bath in the hallway and half bath in the master) Again, this is a fantastic complex with fantastic owners and maintenance men. The neighbors are so friendly and everyone knows each other. Overall, a fantastic place to live"
