"I found Dr.Lance back in January when I was trying to control my hormones after the birth of my first son. I suffer from Hashimotos Disease and PCOS. I was gaining weight, sleeping all the time, and I just did not feel like myself. Both Dr.Lance and his assistant, Lauren, were professional, kind, and caring in a way that I have never experienced in a medical office. "Dr. Lance is my husband's g.p. and endocrinologist. Now that he has gone concierge, we have to do a little more insurance paperwork and pay a bit more, which is a bit of a stretch for us. But we didn't think twice about following him from the group to the individual practice. We NEVER have to wait, his assistant Lauren is much warmer and friendlier, my husband gets excellent, unhurried care, and Dr. Lance himself is happier.
