"I tried to schedule an appointment for this provider. Never received a call back. Had to have my doctor's office make the appointment. It was scheduled a month ahead of time. I get a letter in the mail THE NIGHT BEFORE my scheduled appointment stating that my appointment was moved and I would have to wait another month. I contacted this office at 8 am and it was closed- my appointment was scheduled for 8:15- so essentially I would not have had an appointment regardless. I contacted the office and expressed my frustration and the office worker was rude and not professional. I will be going somewhere else."

"Office personnel are very rude. I think the older lady with white hair that's a receptionist needs to retire. She was extremely rude and impersonable. Got smart with me when I checked a patient in because I couldn't fill out a medical history on a resident. Told her I was only an activities and transport aide and she was very ignorant. Would not recommend coming here!!!"
