"Went for a cyst extraction, size of a quarter on back of neck. Told me, nothing we can do, took my $75 and ran. Lauren, who obviously needs some coffee this morning was quite dismissive when questioned. Total waste of money."

"I walked in and was taken back to room almost immediately by Mike. He took my vitals, wrote the details of my concerns, and was very thorough, friendly, and patient. His attentiveness made me feel as though I was one of his family members he was assisting. The physician that examined me was Megan, who was also very pleasant, professional, and thorough. I needed an additional test that I had to go to the hospital for, so they made a phone call, gave me a slip and had me on my way in no time. I feared my wait time would be extensive but I only waited 10 minutes before I was taken back for the test. Megan called me with my results before I arrived at my home and was once again concerned for my health and thorough in the explanation. I drove 30 miles East of my home, while passing within 2 miles of my county hospital, to visit the Frederick Health Healthcare and I am in no way disappointed! Great job!"

"I am not sure it is a good place to go. Me and my Wife are going there 5 days after we started coughing and won't sleep the whole night because of it. They said everything is fine you will be fine after a couple days later no medicine was prescribed. After 5 days nothing has changed, it is still the same it has been almost two weeks that we have suffered. I am not sure they really know what they are doing."

"I went because I got bit in the lip, those 3 PA where amazing, I don't usually like Urgent care, but if I ever how to use one again, it will be them! They were supportive, caring and gentle as they could be! The Ma and front desk was equally amazing."

"I went into the office feeling very uncomfortable, and they got me back within 10 minutes, if that. Within 15 more, I had a nurse practitioner in the room with me helping me. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made me feel important and genuinely cared for, which is something I haven’t experienced much at urgent care before. I was in and out in less than 40 mins, and I felt validated by the practitioner. I called the office and was told that her name was NP Donna Lammie. Donna, thank you so very much for caring for me today, and treating me like a person. This is one of the few times I’ve ever been able to call an urgent care experience a great experience. The front staff was also patient and kind, as I left my wallet at home in my tired stupor. Thank you so much to this office for such a good experience."
