"I'm very happy and satisfied with the service here everybody treated me very well. Everybody was very nice to me and courteous and helping me out through my test. "Gigi at the front desk, was incredibly sweet and kind. She helped me fill out paperwork while I was (literally) too sick to be able to write my answers. She came around and sat beside me and helped with every step. I am so grateful to her!!"

"I gave a 5-star rating for the office staff ONLY. If I could get another survey for your scheduling department it would be a MINUS 5. Everyone at both of the Prince Frederick facilities were fantastic and worked with me to get my MRI completed. The folks that work at the scheduling department are rude, condescending and not professional at all. The first visit I drove 50 minutes, made it into a hospital gown to be told the scheduling department made an appointment for a CT, Not MRI. The kind staff at the location rescheduled me for next Monday, an hour before my appointment they called to reschedule my appointment. After speaking with a very rude associate that told me “I just work here” I was transferred to her manager. WOW, what a difference. The manager was a professional and knows how to talk to people. After discussion with the manage it was discovered the appointment, they called to reschedule was for the CT SCAN they scheduled the Friday before (that I did not need). My appointment for the MRI was still scheduled. When I got to the office the staff were phenomenal, they worked with me to ensure my tests were completed as scheduled. Please give my praise to the office staff and technicians that performed my MRI."

"First time there. Very good experience ! Everyone was polite, had a good attitude, very welcoming and nice. My technician, Casey, was exceptionally nice. Caring, concerned and pleasant ! I had a sonogram of both legs. She was very understanding and thoughtful ! Thank you Casey. I will always remember her because Casey is my son’s name too. I Had a very good experience from the time I walked in and met the receptionist until the time I left. Great atmosphere ! Thank you American Radiology/Patuxent !"
