"Due to my work schedule, Ms. Joyce was able to get me in for a haircut and Korean perm for late afternoon with very short notice. She’s attentive, caring, extremely skilled, respectful, and passionate for what she does. She offered me various hairstyles and gave me suggestions on what would look best on me. Just for reference, I have Asian hair with medium to long hair length. Some of my hairs didn’t have equal length making it challenging to cut. Nevertheless, she took her time meticulously look over every angle and trimming my hair to make it look best. I urge for anyone who’s new to Baltimore to check it out! You won’t be disappointed! "I highly recommend Joyce! I called and had an appointment scheduled that same day (Sunday) at 430 pm. It was the last appointment of the day. I was worried that might make her feel pressured and hurried to finish her day and go home. My worries were unfounded. She really took her time. She was clearly focused and made sure to give me the perfect haircut. She checked in with me, using a mirror to make sure the length she cut off was what I wanted. She was meticulous about evenly thinning out my hair. She even styled it after blow drying it. My shorter/thinned out hair feels great. I will definitely schedule with Joyce again when I’m due for a trim!"
