"I wanted to get soft chocolate highlights with hints of ashy blonde if possible but I came out of this place with chunky, French-fry yellow and penny-orange highlights. I had to come back the next day to get it toned darker. It was a waste of $330 unfortunately. Note that this place might not be for you if you have naturally curly hair. I have 3c curly hair."

María was so knowledgeable about color and color corrections, she explained the process, set realistic expectations, and was very gentle with my hair. She did a fantastic job! "I received a gift certificate for my birthday and used it for a haircut. There was $18 left on the card, so I decided to buy shampoo. Privai told me I can't use it to buy product! The card was bought with cash, yet cash can't buy product? This is why I'll never go back."
