Gunpowder Falls State Park, located in Glen Arm, Maryland, is a sprawling natural oasis established in 1959 to protect the Gunpowder River and the Big and Little Gunpowder Falls. With over 18,000 acres in Harford and Baltimore Counties, the park features a diverse landscape including tidal wetlands, rugged slopes, and historic sites. Visitors can explore more than 120 miles of multi-use trails, go fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or enjoy a swim at the beach and marina.
