Since our humble beginnings in 1996, Frisco has been a cornerstone of the local community, originally starting as Frisco Burrito in Towson, MD. Renowned for our exceptional craft beer selection, we offer a unique array of both rare and house-brewed beers, courtesy of Reckless Shepherd Brewery located within the same walls as Frisco Columbia. Our founder was inspired by his culinary adventures on the West Coast, naming the establishment after his faithful companion, Frisco, a German Shepherd whose spirit still infuses every corner of our establishments today.
