"I've been banking with this Credit Union for over 3 years now and have never been so dissatisfied. Last Christmas for 2022 I put in a loan application and called to check the status and was rudely treated by Judy. Again, I reapplied for another loan recently and was again treated rudely by Judy. I put in an application for refinancing and she told me that "I probably would not be approved and should not waste my time." I truly wish to never speak to her again. I never get this treatment from anyone else at the Credit Union. The tellers are always pleasant to work with. I hope no one else has to deal with the treatment that Judy has repeatedly shown me."
