"I walked in to buy a black blazer l. I found one that fit on a rack with a large 50% off sign directly over top the blazers. I waited for over 5 minutes to have some ring me up only to be told that the blazers were only 20 percent off. I walked the associate back to the rack and she said that only applied to the tops on the same rack. So misleading and then they refused to honor the sign. I wouldn’t have waited and decided to purchase the blazer if I knew it was only 20 percent off. Bad business."
"Spectacular. This is my first in store shopping experience since Feb 2020 and Covid. The store felt very safe, the employees were engaged and friendly, but the low prices were really worth the trip."
"Terrible customer service. It was so weird. Nobody spoke to me. No "hello". No "can I help you" An associate even walked up to me, to place a clothing item back and said nothing. One associate was on his phone the entire time. I felt unwanted. So after about five minutes I left."
