All treatments are performed on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to return to their normal activities immediately with minimal restrictions. Our minimally invasive procedures include ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation, ambulatory phlebectomy, VenaSeal, and more. Dr. Anuj Shah, a board-certified physician with over 20 years of experience, leads our Germantown clinic. Dr. Shah is also a managing partner in the emergency department at Holy Cross Hospitals and an assistant clinical professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine.

- From Interstate 270: Take Exit 15B for the most direct route via Germantown Road. Alternatively, take Exit 13A and follow Middlebrook Road until it intersects with Germantown Road.
- From Boyds Area: Follow MD-117 E/Clopper Road and turn left onto Germantown Road.
- From Williamsburg Square Area: Take MD-119 N to Middlebrook Road, turn left, and then right onto Germantown Road.

"Doesn’t pay attention to what the patient is saying and will kick you out instead of helping you. I deal with edema, swelling, discoloration, all after trauma to the big toe. Yet when I went in, they didn’t bother to check for damaged vessels in the feet. Instead they checked my legs for absolutely no reason and told me I’m perfectly healthy when this condition has disabled me."
