My second appointment was automatically made and it was a different doctor that told me I had to go back and see the first doctor… then billed me with no services given. The worst, and I will never return."

You leave messages and no one calls you back or fixes the issue. They will ignore you and run you out of your medication you have been on for years."
"They really care about their clients. This was proven to me again this week. I had an in-house procedure that required stitches. After I got them out, it seeped a little. This freaked me out (paranoid that I tore it open), so I called and left a message. Within an hour they called back and had me go in. Everything was fine, but I was impressed they got me in like that, especially with how busy they are! And I didn't feel rushed! And I have to call out my NP, Luckricia! She's so sweet!"
"One of the absolute worst place I have ever had the displeasure to go too. I’m 58 and was on pain meds for the past 25 yrs. I weened myself off because these people treat you straight up like a 3rd class citizen. Several times had to call them with no reply and had to back to the office for my meds to be called in. They never touched me in the yr I was there. Please if you want good spine care find another place the nurse practitioners are a joke."
