"It will be 2 years in September that we purchased our condo on macum creek. We can't be happier. What a beautiful piece of property this community is situated on. It's surrounded by water. Even know this community isn't 55+ I would say it leans that way. The biggest issue I see with the community is that it is a true HOA. The whole property is run by a board of 9 members selected by the tenants.We as a community pay to maintain everything. That's where problems arise. How the spend the money to maintain the property."
"Love the neighborhood couldn’t ask for a better place to live!!! Good mix in the community.. I’m 27 with my fiancé and we couldn’t be happier.. The water view off our porch and master bedroom is something I thank God every day for.. Make sure to meet ur neighbors is the only complaint I have cuz some old timers complained about my car parked where they wanna park in a NON RESERVED parking lot lol.. Once you see an open house it’s hard to wanna look elsewhere"
