"i go to this dunkin pretty much everyday. everything is always great except for my sandwiches. every single time i order a sandwich it is burnt to all hell and completely inedible. the hashbrowns too and even my wake up wraps are burnt all around the edges. i’m not sure if they got a new toaster oven or the person working it is new or maybe they just don’t care about the quality of food they give to their customers. either way, im not happy."
"This is the third time I've gone through the drive thru (Charlotte Hall MD) - ordered the 2 mini stuffed bagels and they were still frozen. I got half way down the road took a bite - And had to spit it out. I though since the new remodel just re-opened I would try my luck again hoping things had changed. But nope! Went again this morning ordered a coffee and the mini bites and again they were NOT cooked. Coffee was great but it must take rocket scientist to warm up the mini bites, so disappointing!"
"Morning crew is the best! Very happy to greet me when I’m there every other day with my busy schedule and very understanding with my speech disability. Will not go later on in the day pass 3pm anymore as they are rude and always playing around out in the back, up and down the drive thru to other stores there instead of taking my order after I’ve been waiting for 7 mins already."
