"Spoke to a very nice lady about setting a loose diamond I purchased in a setting a currently had. I also needed to purchase another stone for another ring and have them all appraised. I returned later that day with the items I needed fixed. The jeweler was asked to come out and could not have been more rude!! As he was walking through the door, he was speaking about how busy he was. I by no means wanted it done that second and said I could leave it, but he said he wouldn’t do it!! He said he would not be responsible for a diamond he didn’t sell me and could not have been more rude. I’ll take it to Smyth where I had planned to go in the first place!!! I try to support local businesses but places like this makes it very hard!!!"
