"Horribly run office. Never return calls, need to keep calling, impossible to: make appts, get test results, get order referrals and Rx for other appt needed. Doctors are very good though…such a shame.."
"This has to be one of the worst CWC office my doctor who I’ve seen since a teen works at. The front desk staff are so rude. They fight with the doctors and talk about the doctors behind their backs - loud enough for patients to hear. It’s quite unprofessional. You could feel the negative energy the minute you walk in. I would not be making future appointments for this location."
"I love this practice and all the drs I’ve seen. I cannot give this place a 5 stars after the awful experience I had with a receptionist. I wish I could remember her name cause she was incredibly rude. I just wanted to speak to my Dr and I made it very clear that it didn’t have to be right away. I had received some concerning news and wanted more information. She told me I had to wait because she wasn’t in and gave me a bunch of other reason why I had to wait. I told her that’s fine please leave a message for her to speak with me WHENEVER she was available. Conversation ends and she calls back a few moments later to tell me that since I have an appointment next week, I could just speak to her then. After trying to explain myself I was told to “calm down” I politely ended the call. So rude"
"Worst reception experience I’ve had at any medical practice I’ve been to. I couldn’t tell you how the reception team is because they never answer the phone! I’ve called multiple times through out the day on numerous days to make an appointment just to be sent to voicemail or hung up on. The medical staff is great I’ve never had any issues there but how am I supposed to see my doctor if I can’t even make an appointment."
"The scheduling staff in this location is very rude. Was put on hold three times. Called the next day and same thing happened only to be told that I could not be scheduled for an appointment Bec there was no order. I felt like I was begging to be scheduled. I am also working in a healthcare facility and never have I treated my patients with such rudeness and attitude. The doctors are great, the scheduling staff are not. They need to get pleasant people to deal with patients otherwise they will lose patients. No matter what race, or age, everybody deserves to be treated well. I deserved to be treated better."
