"I have been coming to Smile Design for almost 3 years and I need to finally leave a review about how wonderful they are! I honestly don't leave many reviews and it has taken me awhile but I just had my cleaning today and I always leave in the best mood after talking with my hygienist, Kenzie (not sure on spelling her name). I no longer dread cleanings. She is the absolute best! She does a thorough job without causing me any pain, she talks with me on any concerns, and even helps me to understand and feel better about any other work I am having done with my teeth. She helped me to consider Invisalign and now that I am finished has helped my confidence in the results. She is one of the most genuine people I have met and I feel I can truly trust her advice and guidance. The front desk has been amazing from day one of coming here. As the first and last people you see, this can make a huge difference in your comfort level of going to the dentist. Ashley at the front talked with me about cost and overall process of starting Invisalign and was open with her own experience. She was so patient and very clear with answering my questions and that was what helped me to move forward. I see very little turnover here which hopefully means the staff is treated well and that trickles down to the patient experience. A comfortable and even pleasant experience in an area that could otherwise be dreadful. I feel completely comfortable with both dentists here, Dr. Lee and Dr. Raja. Dr. Raja was in charge of my invisalign process and when I had concerns he was able to deal with the situation in such a calm way that I felt calmer as well. Dr. Lee also gives me a comfortable confidence in her work and advice and is very welcoming and friendly. Overall, this is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. I am now actually looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months."

"I have had nothing but positive interactions with everyone at this office in Hagerstown, Md. The dental techs are all very nice people. They are very knowledgeable and take extra care when checking and cleaning your teeth. Dr. Lee is very gentle and thorough when doing your dental work.
