"Ross has the best discounts of all the stores in this shopping center. The only bad thing is that there is a long line to pay at checkout. It would be great if they could speed up the checkout process."
"Ridiculous security protocol. I had only 2 items. Security was standing right next to me at the self checkout. Saw me scanning, paying for them, and getting the receipt, and still asked to check my receipt. Too disrespectful. It's not a staff issue, it's a store policy issue. Just respect your customer base. That said, store overall is alright."
"I was just there today (September 26, 2023 around 6:00pm) and there were two people with different dogs and none appeared to have any service dog tags around them at all. Both dogs were barking each other's and the "Loss Prevention" and Ross cahiers did not even approach these people with dogs to advise them their policy. They did not even questioned these people with dogs. One dog appeared to be a black Greyhound. For the safety of other customers and children inside the store they should prevent this from happening in the future! If I get bitten or my children by these dogs I would definitely press charges to Ross. I can't cabelieve that they are still short in cashiers as always too."
"Very crowded place. Lines are always too long at the checkout counters. Things are thrown all over the place . One good thing is, recently they installed self checkout counters that way it is slightly faster when comes to checkout."
