"Do not use fedex overnight if you don't have to. It will never come over night and they never update the tracking until they've already missed the delivery time then just move the time up even though they don't plan on delivering that day. Then days after it was supposed to be there they will say they tried to deliver when they didnt. This happens every time I've used them."
"Package was delivered on the 18th to hagerstown depot. Delayed on 19th. Delayed on 20th. Was out on truck all day medical supplies. Going out of town so I will not have my supplies. Not at all happy with the driver. Roads in my area were fine I could have went and picked up but you cant talk to a human being . I will call my supplier when I get back. Hope I don’t have any problems without my supplies. Hope this doesn’t happen to your family. Very frustrating!"
"Awful delivery drivers! My 7 year old son and husband were home waiting for my sons package. The FedEx driver pulled up and my husband was outside at the time and then he drove away and marked it as an incorrect address. Called and the address is obviously correct, was told they would re-deliver again same day and the driver never showed up. Real fun having a disappointed child due to pure stupidity or laziness, not sure which."
"Fast service and the associate caught that my shipping address was partially cut off. I appreciate the attention to detail. What I didn't care for that FedEx will charge for a piece of tape. Really?"
"Pregnant wife with 2 boys. This is the last 3 deliveries from Fed-Ex at our house. I don't even think I need to explain the level of idiocy. I know the package carrier is Fed-Ex just by looking at the placement. My wife literally couldn't get out the door without pushing the package (which contained glass) onto the porch."
