"I called in at 530 and live 20 mins away. I asked if I could make it and they took me in! They are so nice and did such a good job. She didn’t rush even though it was closing time. I got a pedicure and my cuticles cut."

"Not a sanitary place - I called a head of time to see if I needed an appointment they said no but they still asked when I was arriving and took my name. I am from out of town thought it would be nice to get a pedicure on a rainy day. The guy seats me in this old pedicure chair that the massager was horrible, when I see other newer chairs available. He runs the water and leaves me to soak while he finishes up his last client. I sat for 30 mins waiting for him to finish hers while my water got cold that my feet was in. Finally came to start me refilled with warm water again. I am just not one to speak up and make a scene but he didn’t change his gloves between clients. Even at one point stopping me again going back over to her fix her toenail polish. Still with the same gloves on. Noticed once I was done they didn’t have nail drying station almost all nail salons have. Girls just sitting there air drying their toe nails. After I had been there a hour for a basic regular toe nails Polish pedicure. I sat in front of a fan to dry my toes faster. Also then noticed this guy was just spraying down the clippers and other instruments not even getting sanitized ones out of their cleaner box. Taking those instruments he sprayed and wiped down to the next client. Still while wearing the same gloves he did my pedicure in. when I moved to sit in the seat next to the fan noticed he never wiped down any part of the bowl where he did my pedicure and another client sat down so he could start. So grossed out by the lack of clean instruments or cleanliness in this place. I will be forever greatful for my regular nail salon back home who takes all of this very seriously. The atmosphere also was not relaxing or spa like. No music playing, very plain, not a lot of color options. I write this in hopes they improve bc I really should have walked out. I really think this guy needs to find a new profession this is just not what he is called to do. My toe nail polish is wavy and not smooth. He also used a wood stick to edge it which hurt. Never have I seen this be used like this before."

"LOVE how the nails turned out. The guy paid great attention and listened to exactly what I wanted. I think they could do better with customer experience but they seemed to be very understaffed. I wouldn’t recommend if you are in a time crunch. Although I was a walk-in I waited for a while as did everyone else who came in. I also would have enjoyed more cuticle clean up but I understand they had a long line after me. Price was very reasonable and I would return."

"The place is clean and offers an infinity of colors. I was lucky to get work done immediately. Usually they require a reservation. I felt pretty after my nails was done."
